Prepared or experienced narrators may record approximately 3,500 manuscript words per booked hour. First-time narrators or complex manuscripts should use approximately 3,000 words per booked hour. Word counts are planning estimates only. Your booking reserves studio and engineer time, not completion of a particular word count, pages, chapters or finished audiobook hours. Podyx permits bookings from 1 to 8 hours in 30-minute increments. Recording only: detailed editing and mastering can be quoted separately.

Booking your content sessions Included content sessions are booked through your Matrix Podyx account. After subscribing, log into your account and use your active subscription to select an available session date and time. All content sessions are subject to Matrix studio and production availability . A subscription gives you access to your included session, but does not guarantee availability on a particular date or at a particular time. We recommend booking your session as early as possible, particularly if you require a specific date. Subscription content sessions are available during Matrix's published weekday operating hours. Weekend content sessions are not available. Available times shown in Podyx reflect existing studio bookings, production commitments, booking buffers and other scheduling restrictions. If your preferred date or time is unavailable, you will need to select another available session time. Subscription terms Billing is monthly and recurring. Unused content session entitlements expire at the end of each billing period and do not roll over.
